Reacting to two arrests in recent months in connection with the shows, which he says are being held in a half dozen bars in unincorporated areas around the county, Fitzgerald has asked the County Board's Legislative Committee to come up with new liquor licensing rules that would toss the shows out. The ban would be similar to one enacted by Joliet in November but would apply only to unincorporated areas. Municipalities have their own liquor commissions and ordinances.
